Ian started the club and is always working to improve the racing - for example recently bringing in the Club control rules for Touring Car. He is a friendly face at every meeting and if you are a newcomer to the club and sport he is the person that you should find first to get started.

I have raced at YSCC for the last 8 years, in this time I set up the first website and have run race control numerous times. My job as Race Director is to book and sort drivers on the day and make sure the race day runs smoothly.

Race Director #2 - Chris Lucas

Chris's job as Race Director number 2 is to mainly back up Race Director number 1, helping him out if he's busy or can't make a meeting. So Chris also takes on the responsibility of booking and sorting drivers on the day and making sure the race day runs efficiently.

Scrutineer - Dave Clift 

"Clift-Hanger" Dave is our club scrutineer. He's the man responsible for checking and making sure everyone abides by the BRCA rules.

Mr Mullaney deals with club and BRCA memberships. Ian, part of "Team Offroad", is extremely knowledgeable and knows a bit about electronics!

Mrs Finch is the clubs treasurer dealing with the club account and taking minutes at the committee meetings. 

Matt's the man with the "Pit Stop" food wagon. Matt is responsible for cooking the excellent quality food keeping the drivers fuelled up on a race day.

Matt is also the owner of OneTenRacing and brings along a selection of motors, tyres and consumables on race days

From cutting the grass to painting the kerbs, Ashley is In charge of track maintenance making sure the track is looking fantastic each time we race.
